More About: Body Doubling Group

Q: What is body doubling?

A: A form of community support where we intentionally increase our focus on a task by being around other people. Some people find this to be a helpful strategy, particularly those who struggle to focus on tasks alone. It’s tapping into the “community” part of the interest based nervous system concept by Dr. Megan Anna Neff. Read more about body doubling here!

Groups are fun, engaging, and inclusive spaces to explore wellness, strengthen community, and build skills.
